The key purpose of this role is to develop business growth channels, while providing on-going support to a select customer base with solutions as the designated account manager. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining CRM software, searching for new opportunities in the market  of our software UX and communicate with our software engineers. The position will require both remote and on-site customer visits to teams and organisations to facilitate the best practice use of our technology. You will also work closely with our sales and business development managers, partners and professionals throughout our network to provide product demonstrations and supporting sales and new business opportunities with football federations leagues and clubs. The successful candidate will be based remotely, anywhere in UK, due to the required travel throughout Europe.

What you’ll be doing

  • Along with the Customer Success Director, you will help own the overall relationship with our customer base, which includes: initial onboarding and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Be the customer’s first point of contact. You are their advocate and champion and and work directly with our product team to help improve ITERPRO  (feature requests, improvements, bugs) 
  • You will help customers maximise the value of ITERPRO with absolute knowledge of the product 
  • High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring they reach success as soon as possible 
  • A continuous approach to actively growing the community of customers 
  • Identify opportunities for growth by relaying information back to the Success Director  
  • Respond to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide 
  • Management of CRM and other platforms related to delivering customer success 
  • You will help monitor customer health through available metrics and assessment and carry out follow-up actions as necessary 
  • Along with the Customer Success Director, you will help to identify and resolve challenges with product adoption encountered by our customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years working (or studying) in the elite sporting sector (football desired)
  • English speaking (full work proficiency)
  • Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools such as tracking technologies, video analysis applications, activity trackers and biometrical data
  • Confident in client engagement with an entrepreneurial spirit. 
  • Proficient with work based software, Microsoft office, basic IT knowledge
  • Account management experience desired. 
  • Solid communication skills to build new relationships, bond already existing relationships, communicating findings to the club’s staff members
  • Remote and smart working ability
  • Communicate effectively with software and hardware engineers
  • Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (UCFB preferred)
